For businesses selling in Croatia with their own website or online store that must display a base (anchor) price and publish a CSV or XML digital price list, recording each price change by 11:00 on the next working day. These deadlines follow Article 3(4–5) of the draft Croatian regulation on publishing product price lists. Published lists remain available for 30 days from the last publication. Before installation, we review the scope for your particular business and sales channel.

If you already manage prices in an ERP/POS system, Excel or another application, the aim is to use that data rather than enter the same prices in multiple places. We identify a reliable source, the products or services covered and how the price list will be accessible on your website.

Base (anchor) price display

We add the base (anchor) price alongside products and services, clearly presented with the other price information. The display fits your existing platform and theme.

Automated CSV/XML price lists

Prices are connected to their data source, with automated price list generation and publication when prices change, recording changes by 11:00 on the next working day. This reduces manual file preparation and uploads.

Price list archive

Published price lists are organised in an archive so previous files can be reviewed. Published lists remain available for 30 days from the last publication; storage and access fit your existing system.

Data connections

Prices can come from WordPress, WooCommerce, Shopify, an ERP/POS system, Excel or another CMS. Following a review, we propose a practical connection and check the output before enabling publication.

Maintenance is mandatory with every installation. Each price change must appear in the price list by 11:00 on the next working day, and published price lists must remain available for 30 days. Maintenance includes daily publication checks, fixes after platform or theme updates and all changes needed following regulatory changes, including alignment with the final regulations, at no additional charge. Annual payment includes two free months.

No VAT is added, as the business is not VAT-registered. You receive the exact amount in a quote after the first call.
